First Aid, CPR & AED

This course teaches how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. Both traditional and breathless CPR is taught. Learn to identify and care for bleeding, sudden illness and injury and preventing disease transmission.

This course meets the 2010 CPR and ECC Guidelines and meets OSHA standards for first aid in the workplace. (5.75 hours) 2 Certification Card Included

CPR & AED

This course teaches how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. Both traditional and breathless CPR is taught. Tips provided on heart disease prevention, scene control, patient assessment, CPR integration, AED application and protocol adherence.

This course meets the latest 2010 CPR and ECC Guidelines. (3. 5 hours) 2 Certification Card Included

First Aid

Learn to identify and care for bleeding, sudden illness such as: Stroke, Burns and Broken Bones and preventing disease transmission.

Pediatric First Aid, CPR & AED

Designed for childcare providers, early childhood educators/students, youth organizations and parents, this course covers breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children, identifying and caring for common age-related injuries and preventing childhood illnesses.

This course meets 2010 CPR and ECC guidelines. (6 hours) 2 Certification Card Included

Advanced First Aid, CPR & AED

This advanced first aid course is ideal for organizations requiring advanced first aid training for health care professionals, coaches/trainers and the avid outdoors-men. Students are taught action plans that apply to all emergencies. This course fulfills New York State Department of Education requirements for coaching and the New York State Department of Health requirements for Camp Health Officers

NSC Emergency Medical Response

This course exceeds the current U.S. Department of Transportation National First Responder Curriculum—delivering the 2010 CPR and ECC Guideline essentials for emergency response teams, safety personnel, fire, police and ambulance personnel, EMS professionals and health care providers. (52 hours)

NSC Basic Life Support for Health Care & Professional Rescuers

This course meets CDC, OSHA and NFPA guidelines and the 2010 CPR and ECC Guidelines. It focuses on immediate life-threatening situations; demonstrates quick, effective responses; and presents perspectives on how frequently these situations occur.

It’s ideal for EMS professionals, firefighters, police, paramedics, lifeguards, athletic trainers, medical assistants and others. (4.5 hours)
